Evaluation Licence
The purpose of the evaluation Licence is so that you can understand what the System SKG™ product can be used for. You will receive the
System SKG™ Manager, documentation, examples API and DLL.
You can choose between the operating systems Windows or Unix/Linux. You can order an evaluation licence through Impsys Digital Security. This licence
may not be used with any commercial objective.
Licence Agreement
This licence agreement is the basis for the relationship between you as a customer and Impsys Digital Security AB. The Licence gives you the right to
develop products and software’s with the System SKG™ for a commercial purpose, but the licence does not give you the right to sell the product or software
commercially.
For commercial usage a royalty agreement needs to be signed between the parties. The fee for this agreement is initially €3000 with a yearly cost of
€500 from year two and onwards.
Royalty Agreement
The royalty agreement is designed to grant you the rights to sell the product or software that you have developed with the System SKG™. An agreement per product
or software needs to be signed.
This royalty agreement sets out your cost to Impsys Digital Security AB. The cost is based on the value of the System SKG™ in your product. Normally it is
calculated on a percentage basis.
Authorised Development Agreement
This agreement is for consultancy, develop and solution providers within the digital security industry. To become authorised at least two people in your company
have been educated in the System SKG™. The agreement gives the company the right to develop for and act as consultant for customers with regard to the System
SKG™.
The company will get access to all the codes and materials needed for this. Impsys Digital Security AB recommends constantly its customers whom are in the need
of assistance to contact its authorised development agents. This licence costs €3.000 initially with a yearly fee of €500 from year two and onwards.
